Manthom Investments is a holding company established to purchase residential real estate properties and small businesses, and invest in securities. We have also provided short-term lending to startup and small businesses to manage their cash-flow needs.  We continue to investigate and purchase small enterprises that are good contributors to our portfolio bottom line, as well as assets that fit into our overall portfolio mix. We are able to achieve this growth by internal capitalization and investments from private parties who seek consistent and safe returns. 

Manthom Investments has been involved in purchasing, remodeling, and managing a real-estate portfolio since 2001 with the primary goal of providing homes that are updated, clean, and situated in great neighborhoods.
